GreenSaver – Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebates (MEER)

Your building may qualify for a subsidized initial assessment and up to 50% of your project’s capital costs under the GreenSaver – Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebates (MEER) Program. Other buildings have already been awarded anywhere from $2,000 to $600,000 in financial incentives.

Eligibility

  • Your building must be a multi-unit residential building located outside the 416 area code,
  • AND must be larger than 6,500 sq.ft.
  • AND have greater than 6 dwelling units
  • Eligible Buildings

    High- and low-rise condominiums, apartment buildings and other multifamily buildings.

    Building Automation Systems, Lighting Retrofits, Lighting Controls, Building Envelope, HVAC Redesign, Chiller Replacement, Elevator Modernization, Equipment Replacement, Fuel Substitution, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Tenant Sub-Metering, Deep Lake Water Cooling, Variable Speed Drives, Power Conditioning, Transformer Replacement.
