Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) Multifamily
Your building may qualify for a subsidized initial assessment and up to 40% of your project’s capital costs under the City of Toronto’s Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) Multifamily Program. Other buildings have already been awarded anywhere from $2,000 to $600,000 in financial incentives.Eligibility
Your building must be a multi-unit residential building located within the 416 area code,AND must be larger than 6,500 sq.ft.
AND have greater than 6 dwelling units
