Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) Multifamily

Your building may qualify for a subsidized initial assessment and up to 40% of your project’s capital costs under the City of Toronto’s Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) Multifamily Program. Other buildings have already been awarded anywhere from $2,000 to $600,000 in financial incentives.

Eligibility

Your building must be a multi-unit residential building located within the 416 area code,
AND must be larger than 6,500 sq.ft.
AND have greater than 6 dwelling units

Eligible Buildings

High- and low-rise condominiums, apartment buildings and other multifamily buildings.

Building Automation Systems, Lighting Retrofits, Lighting Controls, Building Envelope, HVAC Redesign, Chiller Replacement, Elevator Modernization, Equipment Replacement, Fuel Substitution, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Tenant Sub-Metering, Deep Lake Water Cooling, Variable Speed Drives, Power Conditioning, Transformer Replacement.
